Constance Washburn – Educator, Facilitator and Community Organizer.
She is currently co-director of the Spiral Journey- a Facilitator Development Program in the Work That Reconnects and on the core Weavers Team of the Work That Reconnects Network. She is a founding member of the Elders Action Network and she developed and facilitates their Empowered Elder Workshop. She is co-founder of the Passageways to Elderhood Alliance (PEAL) which is working to provide a public platform for those offering a variety of pathways to elderhood.
She has over 50 years of Buddhist and yoga practice. She also weavers her environmental science, theatre, art and shamanic backgrounds into her work as a consultant and facilitator. She is also trained in the Community Resilience Model of the Trauma Resources Institute. And best of all she is a grandma.
