As the visionary founder and CEO of Women of a Certain Stage, she has spent the last decade championing the cause of transforming menopause from a taboo topic into a powerful conversation about empowerment and systemic change within corporations. premature menopause.
She has provides evidence to the UK government, the USA DE&I committee, regularly contributes to the media. In 2023, Lauren's influence extended with a invite to join the British Standards Institution (BSI) in creating a landmark standard for Menstruation, Menstrual Health, and Menopause, a testament to her status as a thought leader. This work achieved international acclaim, leading to her appointment to the International Organisation for Standardization (ISO) committee, where she now plays a pivotal role in shaping global the next tranche of standards.
